Hotel Policies
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out is required by 12:00 PM.
- Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive late.
Reservation and Payment
- A deposit of 20% of the total booking price is required to confirm a reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided with the booking.
- Prices include the applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival and no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
- No refund will be provided for an early departure.
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Villa Sofia and all bungalows.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
- Please dispose of cigarette waste safely and responsibly.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
Children and Pool Safety
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- The swimming pool, water slide and play areas are used at the guest’s own risk.
- Children may not use the swimming pool or water slide without adult supervision.
Respect for Other Guests
- Please avoid excessive noise and respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
- Parties or events require prior approval from SB Holiday Resort.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused to the accommodation, furniture or resort facilities during their stay.
Resort Property
- Resort furniture, towels and other equipment may not be removed from the property.
- Please keep all accommodation and shared areas clean and use the facilities responsibly.
